Representative Johnson gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
SB 86 (page 997).                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of SB 86 be taken up on the same day.  There being no
